- At Agricolus I led a cross-functional team of 10 for seven years.
- I ran the interviews, onboarding and mentoring for 5 of the 10 people.
- I was the CTO's technical reference for the backend.
- At Fractal Cloud I wrote the development, architecture and security guidelines, adopted across all 10 services.
- I introduced agent-based development (Claude Code and Cursor) in a workflow where every change goes through a person.
